Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the Practice Administrator, the Human Resources Manager is responsible
for overseeing all areas of HR for a physician-owned specialty practice including but not
limited to:
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring for all clinical and non-clinical positions
- Onboarding/new hire orientation
- Working collaboratively with managers on employee performance management including annual performance reviews
- Being point of contact for employees, helping to resolve issues and concerns
- Working with benefits broker on annual benefit plan renewals and open enrollment
- Maintaining employee records in accordance with Federal and State rules and regulations
- Creating and implementing employment policies as needed
- Staying up to date on HR and employment law compliance
- Process biweekly payroll
- Researching and benchmarking compensation, and working with Practice Administrator to create pay ranges
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in addition to
excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.

Revenue Cycle Manager
We are looking for a full time Billing Manager to join our practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage department workload; supervise billing, prior authorization and medical records staff
- Create new policies for Detailed Billing Manual as needed
- Act as liaison between physicians and staff regarding work flow and EMR
- Answer patient phone calls and resolve issues that are escalated to management
- Monitor daily and monthly reports produced by Practice Management System to ensure that accounts are being properly managed
- Oversight of practice Billing system; coordination and communication of daily issues with the computer system working with our IT staff and computer vendor
- Conduct chart audits with feedback to individual physicians
- Apprise physicians and staff of changes in coding guidelines; providing in-service training as needed
- Review and approve refunds or write-offs
- Provide coverage for charge entry
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience in a medical billing office. Excellent communication and organizational skills with follow up and attention to detail required, in addition to ability to maintain confidentiality. CPC strongly preferred.
