Full-Time PACU/OR Registered Nurse
We have an opening for a Full-Time PACU/OR Registered Nurse to join our practice.
Come grow with us at our brand-new facility at the Rock Row Medical Campus in Westbrook, ME!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare charts for the next day – obtain consents, documentation from pre-op appointment, imaging/documentation/lab work necessary for surgery
- Narcotics count and document temperature and humidity of facility
- Follow-up phone calls to patients from previous day
- Admission of patients includes; interview, vital signs, IV placement, and administration of medications
- Care for patients in PACU includes; monitoring vital signs and patient assessments as well as discharge education for the patient and their responsible party along with ensuring follow-up care has been arranged
- Restocking medication and supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have current State of Maine RN License
- Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Commitment to quality patient care, flexibility and excellent communication skills are required.

Medical Receptionist
Come grow with us at our brand-new facility at the Rock Row Medical Campus in Westbrook, ME!
We are looking for a full-time (8:45am – 5:15pm) Medical Receptionist to join our team and work within different groups in our practice to provide coverage at Plastic + Hand as well as Skin Solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing calls appropriately throughout the practice
- Greeting and assisting patients at check-in and check-out
- Verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays and other payments
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and face to face communication skills
- Prior experience in a medical office
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work additional hours to cover absences and vacations
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience:
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, ability to maintain confidentiality, and demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care in a team setting. Must have prior medical receptionist experience.

Plastic + Hand
Certified Medical Assistant
We have an opening for a Certified Medical Assistant to join our practice.
Come grow with us at our brand-new facility at the Rock Row Medical Campus in Westbrook, ME!
Responsibilities include:
- Room patients in a timely, efficient manner
- Collect all necessary medical and social history
- Ensure all necessary instruments and setups are prepared
- Call patients with their lab and pathology results
- Add patient information to chart prep in NextTech
- Complete disability forms and work notes for patients within 5-7 business days
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, ability to maintain confidentiality, and demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care in a team setting. Must have current MA certification.
