Medical Billing Representative
We have an opening for a full time Billing Representative to join our practice. Responsibilities include communicating with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, insurance denial management, and submitting and rebilling insurance claims.
The successful candidate will have previous related experience, knowledge of commercial and government payers, excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior Authorization experience preferred but not required.

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
We have a full time opening for a CST to join our practice. Responsibilities include scrubbing in our ASU in addition to assisting physicians with patient office visits. No nights, weekends or holidays required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and current CST certification, in addition to the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Per Diem RN OR Circulator/PACU
We have a per diem opening for an experienced OR/PACU RN to join our ASC. Must have current State of Maine RN license and ACLS. Commitment to quality patient care, flexibility and excellent communication skills required.

Medical Billing Manager
We are looking for a full time Billing Manager to join our practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage department workload; supervise billing, prior authorization and medical records staff
- Create new policies for Detailed Billing Manual as needed
- Act as liaison between physicians and staff regarding work flow and EMR
- Answer patient phone calls and resolve issues that are escalated to management
- Monitor daily and monthly reports produced by Practice Management System to ensure that accounts are being properly managed
- Oversight of practice Billing system; coordination and communication of daily issues with the computer system working with our IT staff and computer vendor
- Conduct chart audits with feedback to individual physicians
- Apprise physicians and staff of changes in coding guidelines; providing in-service training as needed
- Review and approve refunds or write-offs
- Provide coverage for charge entry
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience in a medical billing office. Excellent communication and organizational skills with follow up and attention to detail required, in addition to ability to maintain confidentiality. CPC strongly preferred.
