Medical Receptionist/Floater  (part-time, 20 hours/week)

We have a part-time opening to join our team and work within different groups in our practice. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients at check-in and check-out, verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays and other payments, answering and directing calls appropriately throughout the practice, and assisting with medical records and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Flexibility to work additional hours (up to 40/week) to cover absences and vacations also required.

Certified Surgical Technologist (full-time)

We have a full-time opening for a CST to join our practice. Responsibilities include scrubbing in our certified ASU and assisting physicians with office patients. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and current CST certification, in addition to the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Commitment to quality patient care, flexibility and excellent communication and teamwork skills also required. No nights, weekends or holidays required.

RN – OR Circulator/PACU (per diem)

We currently have an opening for a per diem RN to join our team. No nights, weekends or holidays. Requirements include previous OR/PACU experience, current RN license, and ACLS. Commitment to quality patient care, flexibility and excellent communication and teamwork skills also required.

Assistant Instrument Technician (part-time, 20-24 hours/week)

This position will assist the Instrument Technician and the ASC Nurse Manager with a variety of responsibilities in the OR including cleaning, maintaining and storing surgical instruments, assembling surgical kits, ordering and receiving inventory, maintaining computer inventory files, and daily entry of corrected surgical charges and codes.  No nights, weekends, or holidays required. The successful candidate will have previous experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. MA or CST certification preferred.
