A skin evaluation and consultation are required before beginning treatment or purchasing our physician grade products. Each appointment is reserved for you. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

APPOINTMENT TIPS:  Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your paperwork if you are a new patient.  Remember, to enjoy the full amount of time scheduled for your consult or treatment, be sure to be on time as appointments have been scheduled for other patients.  New patients will be asked for a photo ID, in order to prevent identity theft.
